This year, we plan on rebuilding at least two brick island structures on the east side. We’ve asked for your opinion and the consensus was to rebuild with brick rather than stone.
The Trustees are currently entertaining bids for landscaping services which include mowing, mulching, weeding, trimming and pruning. In years past, we’ve saved the subdivision thousands of dollars by doing the weeding, pruning and leaf raking ourselves. This year, we’ve decided to outsource these maintenance chores and the budget will be revised to reflect this additional cost.
